Sketch & Hammer specializes in designing and building roof decks and parlor floor decks on residential properties in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Concepts are designed with clients' ideas, practicalities, child safety, and the N.Y.C. Building Codes. Sketch & Hammer is licensed and insured to build out of wood and has an associated ironworks company who will contract with and be committed to the clients of Sketch & Hammer on an accommodating time-frame schedule.

Once everything is agreed upon and signed off on with a down payment, scheduling can take place in 10 days. A project takes 1 to 4 weeks to complete, depending, of course, on the clemency of the weather. The construction is scheduled year round.
